• Orders are typically shipped within 3 working days after purchase.
• Fur & Field brand products are handmade to order and require additional time. These items are shipped within 7–14 working days.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
  • 24 hours for Tracked 24-hour shipping.
  • 48 hours for Tracked 48-hour shipping.

• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.
