What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However if you do have an issue, or need to return a purchase, we have a 14 day return window. All items must be unused and in a resellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Custom & made to order items are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Where are you based?
You'll find Fur & Field at Wylands Farm in Battle, East Sussex. We'd love to welcome you into the shop to browse, chat dogs and discover your next favourite outdoor essential.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and sent within 1–2 working days. Some orders may take up to 7-14 days to ship. Please refer to the product description or get in touch for accurate shipping times. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely. If you're local, simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
I can't find a product you used to sell...
As Fur & Field has evolved, our product range has changed too. We regularly review what we stock to make room for new products and collections, so some previous favourites may no longer be available.
