At Fur & Field, we're committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please take a moment to read our store policies before placing an order.
Orders
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to help, we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. Once a parcel has been handed to the delivery service, delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you once it has been received back.
We are happy to resend your order to the correct address. Additional postage costs may apply before the parcel is resent.
If you decide you no longer want the order after it has been returned to us, we will refund the value of the items purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please allow the courier's recommended timeframe before contacting us.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we'll arrange either a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you've changed your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Complete with any original packaging and tags where applicable.
- Suitable for resale.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
We'll always work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether that's through a replacement, repair, or refund.
Handmade Products
Many Fur & Field products are handmade or hand-finished in small batches.
Because of this, slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance are a natural part of the manufacturing process and make each item unique. These variations are not considered faults.
Product Use & Safety
Our products are designed to be used responsibly and under appropriate supervision.
No dog accessory is indestructible. Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting collars, leads, harnesses, and other equipment for signs of wear or damage and replacing them when necessary.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their individual dog and are correctly fitted before use.
Fur & Field accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, or failure to inspect products before use.
Colours & Product Images
We do our best to accurately represent product colours and materials.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
