Eligibility for Returns

- The item(s) must be:
- In their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Exclusions
- Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Returned items must be in a resalable condition. If an item is returned damaged, heavily used, or otherwise not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
